Getting Started
How to use our cash flow program.
This program was created in Microsoft Excel. When you down load it sample numbers appear in the different cells. These numbers are set up to give you an example of how the program works. By replacing the sample numbers with your numbers the final results in the program will change accordingly.
When you have finished your cash flow results, save the program on your computer as a "new" file under a different name. If by chance you crash the program just come back to this page and download a new copy.
Some of the required numbers, like condo fees and taxes, may not be available. Substitute in estimated numbers to fill the cell and complete the program. You can always go back and re-enter different numbers later.
